Visitor information systems

Press-on letters are a thing of the past, multimedia is used today. In order to position and convey information as effectively as possible, we have developed the AVS InfoConcept software. This name stands for a series of systems that enable information to be provided separately not only per location but also time-controlled.

Application possibilities

The AVS InfoConcept is used amongst other things as a visitor information system, a visitor guidance system and as point-of-sale advertising. It is thus possible to guide conference visitors from the hotel foyer to the correct conference room, to position advertisements for culinary events in the restaurant and to present the seating arrangement of conference rooms.

Strategically positioned and informally structured information systems (e.g. colour code) provide an overview in passing.		The digital guide: Conference visitors can be guided, e.g. from the hotel foyer to the correct conference room.

Easy to operate

We have purposely kept the operation of the software and playback devices as simple as possible. Inputs are form-based and can be adapted as required. Customer presentation software can be incorporated so that extensive training for using new programs is no longer necessary.

After a brief training period, even non-experts can cope with the system and are in a position to create presentations or information texts.

Incorporation of Internet contents.

Flexibility is a must: The various presentations can be entered individually and their playback duration defined. A combination of Internet contents, Power Point templates or illustrations is possible. The user immediately recognises the playback routine.

Creativity: The desired presentation form can be selected simply by clicking. The information is easy to enter thanks to form-based inputs.

Administration: Not only user group management with different authorization stages is possible, but also remote monitoring of display media and delivered information.

Down to the last detail: Playback of information can be defined precisely. Easy to use repeat functions are also possible as are individually adapted playback modes at varying display groups. The InfoConcept software also includes the time-controlled playback of various information (timeline).
